Truly enjoyed substantial breakfasts.
The room was modern and it was outstanding. The bed here was comfy. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Old Bridge.

The staff here is super friendly and incredibly accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable, and the continental breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Breakfast was good and room was well sized with a good bathroom including a bath (a rare treat). The hotel is well positioned to explore both the Schloss and the town of Heidelberg.
We felt slightly nervous being told that the lift was turned off at night as noone else was around.

Was very close to the U Bahn and only needed one change to join with the bus to Tegel airport.Room was nice and quite as the hotel is in a side street but only a couple of blocks away from the Kurfurstendam
Fist apperances are deceptive. The entrance way seemed very dark but the receptionist was excellent and the room and bathroom spotless. Lift was always available.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short 5-10 minute walk from the city center. It was also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the rooms were clean and efficient, with a portable tower fan provided to ensure comfort during warmer weather. the bathroom was also in good condition, offering all the necessary amenities. the staff were polite and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel lacked breakfast options, which was a bit disappointing.

The city is a real touristic point in the area . The position of the hotel is probably the best for visitors, just few steps to old city but in the same time in a quiet rezidential area . May be a little bit expensive, the hotel is exactely what you need for a short holliday . Clean, quiet and with a frendly staff, this hotel is for sure the place I will come back with pleasure .

Location for access to town and tourist facilities. Excellent breakfast.
Noise from the adjacent road. Rooms that face the busy road suffer from noisy traffic - up to 2.30 am - made worse by the lack of air conditioning and the need to open windows.

The rooms here are cozy and modern, equipped with a fridge and windows that can be easily opened. the best part is the fantastic location - just 1 km away from a beautiful red sandstone castle 🏰.

It would be great to have one big mattress instead of two small for double bed.

It was a calm haven after doing touristy things in the old part of Heidelberg which was within easy walking distance. There was parking opposite provided you had reserved in advance.
It was a bit impersonal. The single room our friend had was very small.
